Overview

Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) is one of the largest sports media content and entertainment businesses, delivering brand stories to national and international audiences across Australia and New Zealand via team ownership, radio, print, television, digital, in-stadium and events. SEN is expanding into regional Victoria with the launch of SEN Goulburn Valley 1260AM, and we are seeking a Commercial Manager (Sports Media Sales) for Regional Victoria to drive commercial success and build strong client relationships.



Role and you

The Commercial Manager (Regional Victoria) will report to the Commercial Director – Regional Victoria and will represent SEN in the Goulburn Valley and Regional Victoria market, establishing, managing and servicing clients across radio, digital audio (podcasting & live streaming), print, TV, in-stadium & events. We're looking for a driven and personable sales professional with energy and strong local insight.



Ideal candidate
  • Thrives on direct communication and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to spark new connections
  • Has a proven track record of building meaningful, customer-focused relationships
  • Brings 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, with consistent and measurable success
  • Understands the Shepparton and greater Goulburn Valley business community, with existing relationships a bonus
  • Can connect with brands to understand their key marketing challenges and long-term objectives
  • Is skilled in identifying opportunities and initiating relationships with new businesses
  • Communicates exceptionally well, both in writing and in speech, with clarity and confidence
  • Works hard and collaborates with enthusiasm, contributing to team culture and shared goals
  • Radiates energy and shares a genuine passion for sport, media, local news and the content that drives our audience


The successful candidate will ideally have media sales or a sports sponsorship background dealing with key decision makers, and the ability to build rapport with all types of businesses.
