Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled trade qualified professional to lead our operations team and manage multiple commercial projects across the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely completion of works, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

  • Lead the completion of works for multiple, concurrent projects safely, on time, to contract specification.
  • Day-to-day planning of resources and labour - both employees and subcontractors
  • Job monitoring and cost control
  • Assess job methodologies before submission of quotes/tenders

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified painter with commercial experience
  • Experience managing small teams of staff and subcontractors on concurrent projects
  • Ability to complete documentation electronically
  • Supervising safety compliance
  • Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers and monitoring on-site performance
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through high levels of written and verbal communication
