Oversight Role in Commercial Paint Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trade qualified painter to oversee our painting operations team in Shepparton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective completion of multiple concurrent projects.
- Lead the completion of works for multiple concurrent projects.
- Develop day-to-day operational plans and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain job monitoring and control measures to ensure project delivery within budget.
- Assess project costs and methodologies before submitting quotes or tenders.
- Evaluate and maintain compliance with our safety standards and systems.
You will have a strong background in commercial painting and experience managing small teams of wages staff and subcontractors on concurrent projects. You will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to complete documentation electronically and ensure client satisfaction through high levels of written and verbal communication.
