Keyystone Building Group is growing – and we're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Shepparton-based team.

We're not your typical construction company. Founded in 2020, we've quickly built a reputation as a dependable and forward-thinking commercial builder. With projects across education, tourism, commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, we're embedding ourselves as a trusted name in Shepparton and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take the reins on multiple concurrent projects, working alongside a tight-knit and well-structured team that's got your back. From procurement through to delivery, you'll coordinate across site and office, ensuring quality outcomes and keeping everything on track. You'll work with smart construction tech to run the day to day, and you'll be supported by dedicated Contract Admin, Project Coordination, and Site teams.

This role is based in our Shepparton office, with some travel required to project sites in surrounding areas like Wangaratta, Yea, Echuca, and beyond.

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects end-to-end.
  • Ability to juggle multiple jobs while maintaining quality and control.
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a team-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with project management software.
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
