Here's how a Solar Engineering Student for our Gunsynd Solar Farm project contributes to our team :

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating drawings and work-specific scope / trades / sub-trades
  • Conducting trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours, and rates
  • Participating in project meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Updating field drawings and producing as-built drawings
  • Verifying site conditions and coordinating drawings
  • Setting up and maintaining records
  • Updating project schedules and creating manual schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM software
  • Creating and maintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCAD

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment; prior field construction experience will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, and drafting
  • Must have Australian Working Rights to work full-time hours

Relocation assistance will be provided to the successful candidate as required.
