The OpportunityAs a Commercial Renewable Energy Engineer, you will:
- Design and develop commercial solar, battery, and EV charging systems.
- Produce single-line diagrams, protection drawings, and technical documentation to achieve network approval and compliance.
- Oversee feasibility studies, energy yield analysis, and site assessments.
- Lead grid connection applications, commissioning, and system optimisation.
- Liaise with DNSPs, RPEQs, NER engineers, installers, and energy retailers to ensure efficient delivery.
- Manage projects end-to-end budgeting, risk planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Mentor junior engineers while driving continuous innovation.
- Impact: Contribute directly to Australia's renewable energy transformation.

- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable, or related discipline).
- Strong knowledge of DNSP requirements, AS/NZS standards, and commercial PV compliance.
- Proficiency in solar design software and energy data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience delivering commercial solar/battery/EV projects.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial solar, battery, or EV projects is required.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions for clients.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
Our on-site office is located in Newstead, Brisbane, with the option to work remotely from home. We offer flexibility to support your ideal working conditions.
