About the Role
  • Alongside managing a portfolio of your own, this role leads strategic material planning by helping resolve complex material supply chain challenges and taking lead on process improvements for the materials function.
  • Additionally, this role provides mentorship to the Material Planners and fosters cross-functional collaboration, ensuring material availability to support dynamic production schedules and evolving customer needs
  • You will support critical cross functional streams such as the new product development (NPD) process and the materials substitution process (RAM)
  • Develop business relationships with suppliers to drive optimum outcomes for McCormick
  • Participate in local, regional and global projects where appropriate
  • Participate in reduction of slow and obsolete product review
About You
  • Significant experience in Materials Planning, Food & Bev FMCG experience is preferred
  • Previous employment in FMCG in a similar role
  • Bachelor of Supply Chain / Logistics / Purchasing would be preferred
