About The Role
  • Lead strategic material planning by resolving complex supply chain challenges and driving process improvements for the materials function while managing a portfolio of your own.
  • Provide mentorship to the Material Planners and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure material availability for dynamic production schedules and evolving customer needs.
  • Support cross-functional streams such as the new product development (NPD) process and the materials substitution process (RAM).
  • Develop relationships with suppliers to drive optimum outcomes for McCormick.
  • Participate in local, regional and global projects where appropriate.
  • Participate in reduction of slow and obsolete product reviews.
About You
  • Significant experience in Materials Planning; FMCG experience is preferred in Food & Bev.
  • Hands-on SAP experience; planning roles preferred.
  • Previous employment in FMCG in a similar role.
  • Bachelor of Supply Chain / Logistics / Purchasing preferred.
