Instant Products Group provides design, manufacture, hire and sale of a range of unique products including demountable offices, portable toilets and showers and sea containers, to a wide range of markets. Instant Products Group is experiencing year on year growth in all businesses and now seeks new team members to join the Hire division as an Account Relationship Managers.
Responsibilities- The Account Relationship Manager is directly responsible for ensuring existing customers are looked after and new customers can't wait to buy our products.
- Showcase our new and existing products to all clients, ensuring the high level of customer service that they have come to expect from us.
- Approximately half your time will be spent with existing clients and the other half will be on new business development.
- Generate responses to tenders, preparation of proposals and quotes and attend industry events.
- We are looking for someone who is trusted to be the face of our business with our customers; must have a high work ethic, be honest, accountable and motivated to travel and have meaningful conversations with clients face to face. The inherent skills should lie in relationship building and customer service; other skills can be taught.
