Position Overview

As one of our Workshop Controllers, your day to day will have you allocating jobs to our technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and workshop quality control. You will work alongside the technician\'s to trouble shoot problems to improve workshop flow, provide guidance and solutions on a variety of different mechanical issues that arise on a daily basis.

Working with the Store Manager, you will drive superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is at the core of everything you do.

Success Profile
  • Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive
  • Valid MVTC (Motor Vehicle Tradespersons license)
  • Have a basic understanding of the workflow of a busy workshop.
  • Drive and motivation to achieve results.
  • Enjoy the challenge of a busy work environment.
  • Effective communication and organisational skills.
  • A sound range of mechanical/tyre knowledge across a range of vehicle brands.
  • Valid Australian drivers licence.
