What You Will Be Doing

The Team Manager provides leadership and is responsible for the overall operation and clinical management, including budgets, targets, and key performance indicators for the Adult Community Mental Health services based at Rosebud.

The Manager plays a key role in planning and resource allocation. They lead and manage a diverse team to ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based, person-centered care that achieves high-quality client outcomes. The Manager also leads quality improvement activities, accreditation, and service reviews.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration.
  • RPN only: postgraduate qualification in Mental Health or completion of a specialist undergraduate Mental Health program.
  • Extensive experience in community mental health.
  • Advanced leadership skills and ability to lead in complex environments.
  • Previous management experience is desirable.
