PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage, with more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to take charge of customer-facing operations and lead our high-performing Client Liaison Officers team. If you\'re driven, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead & Motivate: Inspire a team of Client Liaison Officers to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Customer Champion: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and OEM customers.
  • Performance Focused: Monitor key metrics to ensure the branch is hitting performance targets.
  • Problem Solver: Work closely with Operations to identify trends, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support & Streamline: Assist operations/admin teams with reporting to ensure KPI success.
  • Grow the Business: Spot new business opportunities and support market growth strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Handle day-to-day admin tasks like data entry, purchase orders, and financial analysis.
  • Be the Go-To: Respond to customer enquiries on storage, pricing, and general info.
  • Keep It Running Smoothly: Provide general branch admin and office support as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • A strong customer-first mindset with exceptional conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven experience leading teams and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • A self-starter who thrives independently but knows how to lead collaboratively.
  • A track record of motivating teams to deliver customer service excellence.
  • Adaptability and agility to respond to changing customer and business needs.
  • Innovative thinking – you're not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Exceptional time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication
