About the Role

Our client provides a range of services across WA, specialising in commercial developments, civil construction, government infrastructure works, subdivisions, underground services and residential developments. They are a family owned and operated business with over 50 years' industry experience.

Working alongside Senior Management, they seek a Civil Site Supervisor working on subdivisions in the Northern Suburbs. This is a permanent role.

- Lead and supervise / coordinate site personnel, plant, materials and subcontractors daily

- Attend site meetings and send weekly progress reports to Management

- Assist with materials procurement and quality documentation

- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with site programs

- Maintain site records and responsible for onsite OH&S documentation including toolbox meetings

- Manage projects and ensure programs, productions and budgets are met

About you

- A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, supervising in the construction industry

- Strong planning and organisational skills are essential, including recording site progress

- Experience in Subdivisional works and both Bulk Earthworks and Undergrounds

- Ability to read and understand drawings and construction programs

- Solid safety focus and experience

- Ability to work flexible hours and willing to operate plant and equipment if required

- Strong communication skills with site personnel and subcontractors

- Valid driver's license

- Having Current Senior First Aid is desirable
