
Remote Trip Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Remote Trip Coordinator to join our growing travel team. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and organizing client trips from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and personalized travel experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves planning, has an eye for detail, and enjoys helping others create unforgettable journeys — all while working remotely.
Responsibilities- Trip Planning & Design: Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and travel goals, then create customized itineraries that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Booking Management: Coordinate and manage reservations for transportation, lodging, tours, excursions, and other travel services.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing updates, answering questions, and handling any trip changes or emergencies.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with travel suppliers and service providers to secure the best experiences and rates for your clients.
- Documentation: Prepare and deliver complete travel documents, including itineraries, booking confirmations, travel tips, and destination information.
- Quality Assurance: Double-check all trip details to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Travel Expertise: Stay informed about travel trends, restrictions, and destination insights to better guide and advise clients.
- Prior experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client itineraries simultaneously.
- Proficient with online booking tools and comfortable using digital communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently from a remote setting.
- A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable trips.
- Bilingual skills are a bonus but not required.
