As our business continues to grow, we are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead a diverse range of projects across Trafman.

• Oversee the daily group services requirements including field services, sub-contractors and other services as required
• Oversee, Consult and Problem Solve with Clients(s), Planners and support staff on all projects
• Oversee the daily operations in conjunction with support Management
• Oversee & manage external suppliers and raise purchase orders within limits of authority, accurately and in a timely fashion
• Conduct and control Site Inspections, Audits and 3rd Party Safety Audits to ensure Safety, Quality and Environmental standards are met
• Attend and liaise with statutory bodies (DOT, MRPV, Council) as required
• Liaise with client & planning team regarding TGS's, MOA's and RSA's including the confirmation of RSA close outs
• Consult & Problem Solve with engineers, designers and operations team (client) regarding desired planning for the project
• Other duties assigned by the Senior Project Manager and/or Construction Traffic Manager

Here's what we are looking for…

An experienced Project Manager that is capable of managing the day-to-day operations, effective and efficient consultation & communication with project teams, stakeholders and statutory bodies as well as the of TGS's, MOA's & TMP's completed accurately, efficiently and in line with project demand.

They must:

• Have exposure in traffic services such as traffic control, line marking, barriers, NDD, saw cutting, spotters and permanent signage installation/removal
• Hold a white card - Construction Industry (CPCCWHS1001A)
• Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence
• Have a sound knowledge of WHS
• General road construction, timeframes and procedures
• Relevant Understanding and Knowledge of the Australian Standards & Codes of Practice
• IT Knowledge and understanding with basic Microsoft Office ability
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, be reliable, and possess team player values
• Demonstrate safety leadership and collaboration in a team environment
• Demonstrate ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members
