Family-owned Gadstone Park Hotel, located just 5 mins from Melbourne Airport, is looking for a full-time Bistro Manager. We are not just a pub with a bistro; we are an entertainment venue offering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

We are seeking a bubbly, hard-working, reliable, and experienced Supervisor/Manager to oversee all aspects of our Bistro dining services and handle function enquiries as needed.

You will lead service, coach and develop staff on shift, oversee food safety, and support senior management in maintaining a high-performing operation.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a friendly, familiar face to our loyal members, bringing your hospitality expertise to deliver exceptional service in our bistro, bar, and function spaces.

Work hands-on with a small, united front-of-house team to ensure seamless service across our bistro and functions.

Lead by example to create friendly, inviting, and professional hospitality experiences.

Contribute to the ongoing development of the hotel's food and beverage training programs.

Supervise service, train, and support junior staff, and help maintain our positive team culture.

Oversee table management, reservations, and function operations.

Assist with smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and floor teams.

Work autonomously at times.

Be hands-on in bar service, making cocktails and serving coffee.
