About the roleIMMEDIATE START - SHORT TERM CONTRACT : Reporting to the Safety & Injury Management Manager, the RTW Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the administration of WorkCover and non-work-related claims across the business. You'll be working alongside experienced WorkCover Specialists to ensure all administrative processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and with care.This is a highly administrative role where you'll take ownership of data entry, reporting, file management, and claims tracking. Your work will help ensure injured team members receive timely and appropriate support, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation.This is a short term contract with full time hours, ideal for someone looking to apply their experience in WorkCover / rtw within a dynamic and high volume retail setting.
Key responsibilities include : Provide administrative support for WorkCover and non-work-related claims including lodgement, processing, and monitoringManage documentation such as claim files, injury data, medical certificates, rehab reports, and correspondenceSupport accurate data entry and reporting using Excel (including basic formulas and IF statements)Liaise with stakeholders such as insurers, medical providers, and employeesMonitor inboxes, maintain trackers, and ensure timely communication across claimsEnsure compliance with legislation, company procedures, and data privacy standards
About youMinimum 2 years' experience in a WorkCover admin or similar HR, WHS, or Payroll support roleStrong understanding of WorkCover legislation and processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (basic formulas, IF statements, filtering, sorting)Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data and tasksConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsHighly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast paced environment
