About the role

As an Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, develop and grow high value accounts, resolve issues, and support them in using for their business payments. This is a hybrid role, combining phone and in-person interactions, where you will proactively schedule appointments and collaborate closely with customers to understand and support their business needs and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 1000+ high-value accounts, ensuring strategic growth and strong client relationships
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to the client's business objectives and growth targets
  • Work closely with clients to understand their short- and long-term goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer support) to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients
About you / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Account / Relationship Management
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience with computers and applications software, including CRM database skills
  • Interest in the emerging online accounting market and Fintech
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • Ability to create quick and strong rapport with partners
  • Comfort with a fast-growing fintech environment and flexible working conditions
