We're partnering with a major dealership group in Townsville to find an experienced Group Business Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for guiding a team of Finance & Insurance professionals across new and used car operations.
This opportunity has arisen due to internal promotion — and the group is known for rewarding performance with genuine advancement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring :
- Strong automotive dealership experience, ideally in a multi-franchise, high-volume environment
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and grow a team
- A track record of driving F&I performance and achieving business growth targets
The package is negotiable and includes a company vehicle and potential relocation assistance for the right person.
