
Operations Client Service Specialist

As a Client Services Specialist, you will assist in managing all life-cycle responsibilities over DLL's various portfolios related to our customers. This customer base includes three target groups: internal DLL departments, external vendor partners, and end-users. The outcomes, services, and SLAs vary depending on the target group, but the ultimate goal remains the same: delivering excellent customer experiences that promote repeat business and protect the company's interests. This role is crucial for building strong client relationships and ensuring the profitability of the business through organic growth and referrals by maintaining high service standards, creating positive client experiences, and fostering teamwork and collaboration. The position reports to the Team Leader – Client Services.

Day-to-day responsibilities- Meet client needs and service expectations promptly and responsively.
- Process requests and resolve issues on the service desk efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain data integrity regarding DLL's security registrations (PPSR), including creation, amendments, cancellations, and variations of security interests.
- Update and maintain customer data in InfoLease systems.
- Handle inbound calls regarding queries and requests.
- Manage original contractual documents archives.
- Review and correct exception and error reports regularly.
- Apply business procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the Team Leader to manage workflow and service agreements.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting DLL, partners, or customers.
- Support vendor partners with accurate reports and customer data.
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
- Two days of volunteering per year for a local charity.

Your profile- Legal right to work in Australia.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Genuine concern and concern in client interactions.
- Experience in banking, vendor finance, leasing, or client services preferred.
- Understanding of documentation, lease products, credit risks, and compliance policies.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Effective interpersonal and knowledge-sharing skills.
