Job Title: Client Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Client Operations Specialist.

  • This exciting opportunity involves providing administrative support to senior leaders and team members, ensuring seamless coordination across the team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and refining reports, presentations, and key materials using Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Additional duties include scheduling internal meetings, managing logistics, and maintaining accurate records.
  • You will also be responsible for tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, as well as supporting the execution of operations-related initiatives.
  • In this role, you will assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and maintain accurate financial records for review.
  • Other responsibilities may include assisting with special projects, providing general administrative support, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders and team members.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare, review, and refine reports, presentations, and key materials using Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage logistics for internal meetings.
