Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia Northern Land Council Full time
Overview

The Northern Land Council is seeking a highly organised and culturally aware Executive Assistant to support the General Manager – Land & Sea Management. This is not your average EA role. You'll be at the heart of a dynamic team working across Caring for Country, Sea Country, Learning on Country, Partnerships, and Community Planning & Development.

About the Role

As Executive Assistant to the General Manager – Land & Sea Management, you'll play a central role in supporting one of NLC's most diverse and impactful portfolios. From Caring for Country and Sea Country to Learning on Country and Community Planning, this position is all about coordination, communication, and keeping things moving. Working closely with Traditional Owners, internal teams, and external partners, you'll help create space for strategic thinking by keeping the operational wheels turning.

What you will Bring

You're highly organised, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments. With strong communication skills and a knack for managing competing priorities, you know how to keep things on track without missing a beat. You bring experience in executive support or high-level administration, and you're confident working across cultures with respect and discretion.
