Role Overview

They are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital ecosystem, drive growth, and support exciting upcoming projects including a rebrand, new website build, and CRM optimisation. This is a hands-on role where your skills in performance marketing, CRM management, and content execution will make a big impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the digital marketing ecosystem including CRM, website, paid media, and SEO.
  • Lead and execute performance marketing campaigns, overseeing both in-house initiatives and agency partners.
  • Develop and optimise nurture strategies across the customer lifecycle including email campaigns and workflows.
  • Manage and update the website, ensuring strong SEO performance and seamless user experience.
  • Brief and collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver compelling creative assets.
  • Oversee rollout of brand refresh across digital platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Improve visibility of lead attribution from ads to revenue.
Major Upcoming Projects
  • Launch of a new website (2026) and rollout of refreshed branding.
  • EDM lifecycle strategy to enhance lead generation and retention.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
  • Strong background in high-consideration purchases or education is desirable
  • Experienced with HubSpot, paid advertising, lifecycle marketing, and automation tools.
  • Skilled in copywriting for EDMs, ads, and campaigns.
  • Confident in managing SEO and website optimisation.
  • Highly analytical with strong reporting and competitor research skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work at pace while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • A personal interest in health, wellness, or fitness is highly valued.
