Overview

IsAlbi is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our digital marketing channels, driving both growth and brand impact.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.) to optimise ROI and acquisition.
  • Leading email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital content programs to strengthen IsAlbi's online presence.
  • Partnering with eCommerce, Merchandising, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and ensure best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Monitoring and reporting on digital performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and continuous improvements.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Staying across emerging digital trends and platforms to ensure IsAlbi remains innovative and competitive.
About You / Qualifications
  • You are a results-driven and creative digital marketer with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering performance across paid and organic channels. You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4), and marketing automation/CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimisation, customer journeys, and data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams to deliver outcomes.
  • A passion for lifestyle, gifting, and consumer products is a bonus.
