Job Description

Join Our Dynamic Recruitment Team – Brisbane, Australia

Are you ready to make a difference in healthcare recruitment? Join our vibrant team in Brisbane and play a key role in maintaining and developing the Travel Nurse Candidate database, aligned with Healthcare Australia's (HCA) client needs, code of conduct, and procedures.

You'll help ensure the efficient and successful recruitment of high-quality staff, converting client demand into filled contracts. You'll also contribute to a positive candidate experience and work collaboratively on initiatives that optimise resources and drive meaningful results.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline

  • Screen, interview, and support nurses through every step of the hiring journey

  • Manage onboarding, compliance, reference checks, and documentation

  • Collaborate with consultants and admin teams to meet client needs efficiently

  • Keep systems updated and actively contribute to recruitment process improvements

  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the recruitment experience

What We're Looking For

  • Recruitment or resourcing experience (healthcare experience is a bonus)

  • Strong customer service background – a must

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A sales mindset with a team-player attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
