Job Description

Allied Universal is currently seeking a Regional Recruiter to develop and execute all recruiting strategies and operations within an assigned region, to ensure an ongoing pool of qualified candidates to meet branch hiring needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and develop recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, incorporating all recruitment sources and creating a consistent regional approach.
  2. Partner with regional management to develop proactive recruitment strategies, attend branch meetings, and review hiring needs regularly.
  3. Develop and maintain a "Recruiting Toolbox" with ideas, flyers, and resources adaptable to regional needs.
  4. Assist in creating recruiting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and optimal resource utilization.
  5. Support branch staff in managing applicant tracking systems and related recruiting activities.
  6. Analyze recruiting data, prepare reports, and recommend adjustments to meet hiring targets.
  7. Review and improve branch hiring and interviewing practices through regular visits and coaching.
  8. Assist with in-branch hiring activities, including holding hiring events and conducting interviews during peak times.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience creating and executing strategic plans to achieve goals.
  • Goal-oriented with strong interaction skills in various environments.
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology integration for reporting.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle for regional travel.
  • Willingness to travel periodically, including overnight stays.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
