About the role :

As a Call Centre Operator within the Customer Service Team, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in delivering a professional, friendly, and responsive first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and stakeholders engaging with our services. Working in a fast-paced environment, they will manage a high volume of calls, provide accurate and timely information, and support appointment scheduling across a wide range of programs. This role is essential in ensuring clients are efficiently directed to the right services, contributing to a smooth and integrated experience through our community health system. The successful candidate will build a strong understanding of BCH services and become a key support for both clients and clinical teams, enhancing service delivery through high-quality administrative support and consistent customer care.

What you will bring to the team :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to deliver a friendly, professional, and non-judgemental service over the phone.

Strong multitasking and organisational abilities to manage a high volume of calls and administrative tasks in a calm and methodical manner.

Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to various digital platforms and procedures.

Team-oriented mindset and initiative , contributing to continuous improvement, supporting colleagues, and fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
