About the Role:
As a Call Centre Officer, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch assistance to Mazda Australia callers via our 1800 phone number. From offering technical support to managing dealer inquiries, your work will directly impact our customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
These positions require a full-time, in-office presence five days a week at our Mazda Australia Head Office in Mulgrave, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Maestro Contacts: Whether it's a quick resolution or escalated support, you'll ensure all inbound calls are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Respond to Customer Calls and Queries: Daily, you'll handle a variety of inbound contacts, ensuring each customer query or concern is addressed promptly and accurately.
- Investigate and Manage Dealer Cases: Dive into dealer inquiries, utilising internal resources to find solutions that support dealers in resolving customer issues.
- Proactive Management: Take charge of the Early Alert programs, addressing concerns before they escalate into complaints, and support the NCC loan vehicle program to minimise customer inconvenience.
- Special Projects: Undertake special projects as required, such as managing product-related concerns and supporting the team during manager absences.
About you:
- We are seeking a Call Centre Officer who can effortlessly handle customer inquiries while demonstrating a deep understanding of automotive mechanics.
- Your empathetic approach to problem-solving, coupled with stellar communication skills, will ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- As a team player, you'll collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and external stakeholders, prioritising tasks and delivering strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
- While prior automotive experience is a plus, your ability to navigate basic computer systems and software is essential.
