As a digital-first company in a highly competitive market, leveraging our data and generating actionable insights is key to giving our customers the best possible experience. The Commercial Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming data into strategies that drive business performance.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Analytics, you will work on diverse projects across departments such as Customer Operations, Responsible Gambling, Marketing, Product, Media, and Risk & Trading. Your contributions will help us achieve greater efficiency, identify new opportunities, and find innovative solutions to business challenges.

• Analyse data to generate meaningful, actionable insights that support decision-making and drive business performance.
• Provide strategic insights that influence key business decisions, ensuring the right data is presented at the right time.
• Present complex analysis in a clear and engaging way, creating 'data stories' that excite and motivate stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end analytical projects, focusing on customer-based insights to guide business strategies.
• Develop and refine metrics, tools, and reporting systems to provide actionable, strategic insights across the organisation.

• Proficient in SQL with the ability to extract and manipulate data to generate insights.
• Strong Excel skills, especially in handling and analysing large datasets.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools, turning data into impactful visual stories.
• A natural at data storytelling, able to make complex data easy to understand and actionable for non-technical audiences.
• Background in business analysis and delivering analytical insights that contribute to business growth.
• Commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate effectively across departments.
