  • Provides customer service and cashier processing for Council and Service NSW services;
  • Provides exceptional customer service to manage and resolve the issues of both internal and external customers, ensuring a positive customer experience;

  • Is a business-critical position that allows you to engage with the community;
  • Provides an opportunity to undertake a diverse range of duties across the Finance and Administration directorate in the areas of customer service, financial reporting, and business support services. About You
  • You are a motivated and agreeable individual with a can-do attitude;
  • You have experience in delivery of exceptional Customer Service preferably in retail, banking or another regulated environment;
  • You relish working across a variety of disciplines, with procedures and systems to support you;
  • Your exceptional interpersonal skills enable you to negotiate win-win outcomes;
