Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent time management to provide essential support for our Essential Services team.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until April 2026. The role is based at our Broome office. Local residents are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role
  • Collation and document upload into business operating system
  • Assist with job completion and invoicing documentation
  • Assist with planned maintenance reports
  • Data entry and data management within business operating system
  • Update project and workorder information in online systems
  • iPad management including software updates and support for service crews
  • General administrative support to the team
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • High computer and online software literacy including experience with MS suite of programs
  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
