What You'll Be Doing :

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process,from sourcing through to offer negotiation and closingDeveloping innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and niche talentPartnering with stakeholders and internal teams to build strong talent pipelinesProviding market insights and data-driven hiring recommendationsCoaching and advising hiring managers on best practices and process improvementsCreating a first-class candidate experience that reflects the organisation's values and culture

What You'll Bring :

A proactive approach, solution-focused mindset and a deep understanding of experienced hiringDemonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment within tech, financial services, or professional servicesStrong knowledge of technology and / or risk & control domains is a big plusAbility to influence and consult with stakeholders at all levelsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing prioritiesExperience using recruitment tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel for reportingA collaborative approach and a genuine passion for delivering excellent talent outcomes
