Are you passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences? The Fancy Hank's Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead hospitality efforts across our venues.

Our venues include Fancy Hank's, a long-standing BBQ institution; Good Heavens, a bustling rooftop cocktail bar; and Springrock, a modern pub serving counter-meals, opening in mid-June 2024.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A strong work ethic
  • The ability to work within a close-knit team
  • A documented history of stable employment
  • The right to work in Australia without restrictions
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in bars or beverage-focused venues
  • Leadership and communication skills to motivate a team
  • Extensive beverage knowledge, including cocktail recipes and techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Proficiency with inventory management and basic accounting
  • Understanding of health, safety, and liquor licensing laws
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
