Your Next Role
Reporting to the People and Culture Specialist at Hyne Group, you will work closely with site leaders and the broader HR team in a medium to large manufacturing environment. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People and Culture Coordinator ready to build a long-term generalist HR career. This role offers a clear development pathway into a People and Culture Advisor position, expanding your responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle.
In This Role, You Will
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
- Provide day-to-day HR advice to leaders and team members within structured HR frameworks
- Support HR processes including performance reviews, training coordination, and compliance
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and respond to employee and manager queries, escalating complex issues as needed
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting to ensure policy and legislative compliance
- Contribute to HR initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and development
- Liaise with payroll and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Over time, work cross functionally to support other areas of the business as required

About You- A service-oriented attitude with a focus on building strong working relationships and delivering quality outcomes
- Experience in recruitment and/or HR administration, ideally in a fast-paced, blue-collar or manufacturing environment
- A strong interest in moving into a broader generalist People and Culture Advisor role
- Familiarity with HR policies, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Organised, detail-focused, and effective communicator
- Comfortable working within structured protocols and established systems
- The willingness and ability
