The Brook Hotel has been at the heart of Mitchelton and greater Brisbane for decades, and we're on the lookout for a Full-Time Breakfast/Prep Chef to bring the flavour, the energy, and the fun to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Start early and keep the kitchen humming with top-notch prep
  • Deliver high-quality dishes that keep our locals coming back
  • Keep standards high when it comes to food safety, hygiene, and presentation
  • Be part of a team that loves what they do and keeps the guest experience front and centre
What we need from you
  • You've got trade cooking qualifications and solid experience in high-volume prep
  • You thrive under pressure and can keep organised when things get busy
  • Strong communication and teamwork come naturally to you
  • Above all, you bring passion, reliability, and your own flavour to the team
