Overview
Cook | Brook Hotel | Endeavour Group. We are looking for an enthusiastic Cook to join our kitchen team and help prepare high quality dishes that delight our guests.
The role is part of a dynamic team responsible for cooking in a fast-paced, bistro-style environment and delivering great guest experiences in ALH-owned pubs.
Responsibilities
Proactively complete food preparation and cleaning practices according to ALH standards
Contribute positively to a culture of safety and procedural compliance
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that WOW our guests
About You
You have experience working as part of a team in a fast paced, bistro-style kitchen
You are passionate about the guest experience and delivering high quality dishes
You have great organisation and communication skills and use them to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
You are authentic and bring your best self to work; ALH is known for its people
