About the role

The Prince Alfred Hotel and Char'd Restaurant is a modern pub specialising in elevated pub classics. The restaurant is open for all day dining and is focused on using high-quality produce. We are looking for a Chef to join our professional staff and grow within the role Reporting to the Executive Head Chef your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Working within the Kitchen Team to cook and present meals according to our quality and presentation standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Daytime and Nighttime shifts
  • Produce innovative and delicious food experiences.
