Overview

Cook | Brook Hotel | Endeavour Group. We are looking for an enthusiastic Cook to join our kitchen team and help prepare high quality dishes that delight our guests.

The role is part of a dynamic team responsible for cooking in a fast-paced, bistro-style environment and delivering great guest experiences in ALH-owned pubs.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively complete food preparation and cleaning practices according to ALH standards
  • Contribute positively to a culture of safety and procedural compliance
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that WOW our guests
About You
  • You have experience working as part of a team in a fast paced, bistro-style kitchen
  • You are passionate about the guest experience and delivering high quality dishes
  • You have great organisation and communication skills and use them to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
  • You are authentic and bring your best self to work; ALH is known for its people
