Overview

We're recruiting for a Bookkeeper / Office Coordinator to join a leading engineering & manufacturing organisation. This role combines finance responsibilities with office administration, offering real variety day-to-day.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations & reporting
  • Process weekly payroll (Awards/EBA compliance)
  • BAS, payroll tax, superannuation & GST compliance
  • Customer billing & cash collection follow-up
  • General office coordination & HR records support
What we're looking for / Qualifications
  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
  • Strong bookkeeping & payroll experience
  • Excellent Excel & Microsoft Office skills (Business Craft a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with great time management
  • Able to work independently & in a small team
