Overview

Administration Support Officer role at Department of Education, Western Australia. This permanent full-time position is expected to commence in November 2025.

Role and responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Risk and Assurance Directorate, including scheduling, document preparation, record management, taking accurate minutes, financial processing, and responding to internal and external enquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Support the smooth delivery of initiatives across risk management, internal audit, business continuity, and policy governance by preparing documentation, monitoring compliance processes, and ensuring accurate and timely information flow across the Directorate.

Eligibility
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
  • Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
