You'll lead a dynamic sales operations function with a clear mandate: optimise performance, streamline systems, and empower the sales team to achieve outstanding results. From managing CRM and reporting tools, to influencing sales strategy, this is your chance to take ownership and make your mark.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee sales support, analytics, reporting, and CRM optimisation

Identify and implement sales process improvements

Work closely with leadership to support strategic sales planning

Lead, coach, and mentor the Sales Admin and Sales Support team

Manage internal systems, tools, and workflows for efficiency

Monitor pipeline health, conversions, and performance metrics

About You
You bring experience in sales operations, team leadership, and commercial problem-solving. You're tech-savvy, organised, and known for turning complexity into clarity. Whether you've worked in manufacturing, construction, or another fast-paced sector, what sets you apart is your proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
