With over 40 branches in the Pacific Region, we pride ourselves on employing the best of the best in the Industry. Due to expansion, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team in Perth to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery to all our pest control customers.

Key responsibilities

Ensure quality control of service delivery, consistency and compliance in all operational matters

Provide effective leadership to the Branch Operational Staff

Maintain friendly & courteous contact with clients and customers

Demonstrate commitment to the continual improvement of processes.

Assist in maximising profitability by Measuring, Monitoring and Managing Staff

Position requirements

Knowledge and experience in the Pest Control Industry is not essential for the right candidate

Demonstrated organisation and planning skills

Professional presentation

An exceptional understanding of and a proven track record with high level customer service

Ability to follow, understand and implement procedures

Must be an honest, reliable self-starter

Exceptional knowledge of systems and back office processes
