We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of leadership experience in an engineering workshop with over 20 staff, who understands drawings and body-building procedures, possesses excellent communication skills, leads by example, and is willing to get hands dirty. Experience with VSB6 sign of certification is an advantage.

Your daily responsibilities will include supervising a diverse team, scheduling work, ensuring quality assurance, and motivating your team. While challenging, this role can be rewarding when goals are achieved.
