We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our clients team due to securing new contracts. In this role, you'll work closely with the finance department and report directly to the Payroll Manager with in a team of 4.

Responsibility

  • Supporting payroll for 350 employees on a fortnightly basis
  • Accurately enter and maintain payroll-related data
  • Ensure timely completion of timesheets and leave requests
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Respond to payroll-related queries via phone, email, and in person

About you:

Role

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 + years experience in Payroll end to end. To succeed in this role you will need to have:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team

This is an ongoing temporary full-time role, so full availability, Monday to Friday.
