Are you passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and wanting to work for a company sharing the same passion?
No two days will be the same, however your key priorities will include:
- Support in execution and management of our global DEI strategy and initiatives
- Localise and deploy training & education in a manner applicable to APAC region
- Support in the implementation of DEI into all aspects of employee lifecycle
- Work collaboratively with Senior stakeholders, leadership team and Business Resource Groups to deliver DEI objectives
- Generate reports and analyse data to reflect on diversity objectives and continuous improvement
**We're looking for**:
- Strong passion and proven experience in DEI space
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously with key deliverables
- High level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
- Proven ability to work with large data sets, share insights and develop actionable item ha
