Key Responsibilities:- Champion equity and inclusion priorities
- Cultivate and lead the delivery of ongoing initiatives promoting equity and inclusion
- Develop and analyze data to ensure the effectiveness of our initiatives
- Experience working in the specialist area of equity and inclusion
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Change or related fields
- Understanding of Healthcare and/or Aged and Community care would be advantageous but not essential
- Be creative, resourceful and adaptable with the ability to work with diverse groups of employees
- Be approachable and engaging with a strong focus on achieving results through collaboration
- Excel as a communicator with a proactive approach
- Be detail-oriented with experience working with data and drawing actionable insights
