Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion equity and inclusion priorities
  • Cultivate and lead the delivery of ongoing initiatives promoting equity and inclusion
  • Develop and analyze data to ensure the effectiveness of our initiatives
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the specialist area of equity and inclusion
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Change or related fields
  • Understanding of Healthcare and/or Aged and Community care would be advantageous but not essential
About You:
  • Be creative, resourceful and adaptable with the ability to work with diverse groups of employees
  • Be approachable and engaging with a strong focus on achieving results through collaboration
  • Excel as a communicator with a proactive approach
  • Be detail-oriented with experience working with data and drawing actionable insights
