Your roleResponsibilities
- Participating in a two-year Graduate Program with hands-on experience across real projects and operations.
- Joining the Product Performance & Innovation team at Brisbane facilities.
- Contributing to research, testing, and quality initiatives supporting nationwide operations.
- Developing a deep understanding of the bulk product range and its performance in concrete applications.
- Assisting with routine and non-routine testing of cement, concrete, and related materials.
- Supporting product development and innovation aligned with the carbon reduction roadmap.
- Troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with engineers and scientists.
- Working in both lab and field environments to support compliance and quality outcomes.
- Gaining exposure to customer and commercial interfaces to understand real-world product performance.
- Contributing to technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participating in structured rotations across Brisbane (QLD), Railton (TAS), Gladstone (QLD), and Clyde (NSW).
Qualifications
- Completed or be completing a degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.
- A desire to apply technical knowledge in a hands-on, practical setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people across disciplines.
- Willingness to relocate for rotations, with support provided for moves to Brisbane (QLD), Railton (TAS), Gladstone (QLD), and Sydney (NSW).
