IT Graduate Developer

Golding are currently recruiting for a Graduate Developer to join our IT Team in Brisbane | Work in an open office along the river at Milton & WFH 1-2 days / week + 5 weeks Annual Leave

Golding is a successful mining, urban and civil infrastructure project management services business with projects and operations across Queensland and South Australia. We are reliable and cost effective, working hard to achieve successful outcomes for our clients by working with them in ways that create and deliver value.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Applications team in an IT Graduate Developer role.

The successful candidate will work with the team to develop and maintain business applications and integrations across a diverse range of technologies and platforms where no two days may be the same.

Golding offer flexible working arrangements with the option to work from home 1-2 days a week or as agreed with your Manager.

Key role tasks:

  • Work with senior team members on the design, configuration and development of technical solutions
  • Use problem solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and maintain existing solutions
  • Work on cross functional business improvement initiatives that involve technology
  • Recommend improvement projects and initiatives across data, application and business processes
  • Actively participate in the Golding Graduate program, including attending formal leadership workshops with access to mentoring and
  • Maintain a commitment to your professional development

Key capability requirements:

The successful candidate will have a:

  • Degree in IT or related disciplines
  • Impressive academic record demonstrating practical application of technology skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of analytical skill and problem solving
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
  • Full rights to work in Australia
