We're looking for a Graduate Interior Designer with 1–2 years of industry experience to join our Brisbane team.

Job Description

As a Graduate Interior Designer, you'll work closely with experienced designers on projects that span the full design journey—from early concept through to documentation. You'll contribute ideas, learn from others, and develop your skills as part of a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Support concept development, space planning, and design detailing across a range of workplace projects
• Assist with presentations, material selections, and mood boards that bring ideas to life
• Develop drawings and documentation using Revit
• Participate in team reviews, client discussions, and collaborative design sessions
• Contribute to a dynamic studio culture that values ideas, initiative, and collaboration

Qualifications

• A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• 1–2 years of professional experience in a design studio (internships or graduate roles)
• Some experience gained on workplace projects and a keen interest in this workplace typology.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong design sensibility, communication skills, and a proactive mindset
• A team-first attitude, with a desire to keep learning and growing.
