The OpportunityWe are looking for Graduate Physiotherapists to join our Graduate Program starting early 2026 (and for recent graduates from late 2025) in roles across Australia. Whether you want to work in private practice, the NDIS, clinics, community settings, or a mix — there are options.
What you'll be doing:
- Rotating through various clinical caseloads so you gain broad exposure.
- Conducting assessments, delivering therapy plans, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Working in clinics that are stacked with the latest VALD equipment.
- Building relationships with clients, seeing progress, and making a real difference.
- Being supported by mentors, supervisors, and peer buddies who help you grow professionally.

- Structured Graduate Program (9 months + ongoing growth)

You'll be successful if you have:
- A degree in Physiotherapy, with graduation in 2025 or January/early 2026, or recently graduated and not yet fully professionally employed.
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia / AHPRA.
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with a diverse caseload (clinic/community / NDIS etc.).
- Driver's license & ability to travel where required.
- Full induction and orientation (clinically & operationally).
- Mentorship & supervision (1:1 + group) + peer support.
- CPD allowance + regular workshops.
- Resources: clinic equipment, assessment tools.
- Flexible scheduling; remote/home/community options.
- Travel reimbursement for work-related travel.
